The Party finds themselves upon a long, treacherous pass that winds on toward an iron clad tower known as a Hark. Harks are noble keeps; towers that move slowly across the landscapes of the Strand upon olden iron tracks that lead from the coastline back inland. The Harks are mobile citadels that may retreat or advance, and this one has been seized by a warlord known as Hodik Celtsus who has slaughtered the old Johmeid noble house within. Hodik has managed to sway a growing body of factions and militias to his cause. He has crushed thousands of innocent workers and peasant peoples to clear away land and resources in an effort to build a stronghold.  The Mercenary Party along with a support force and a walking tank named Skuggapede follow along in the wake of the Hark as it makes its way out to the promontory on the Eastern, White Arm Coast
